Event - This year's conference, titled "Ocean Governance in the South Pacific and Latin America", was particularly noteworthy as it marked the first time COLP was held in Latin America.

Collaboration - WMU delivered an IMO-funded pilot programme on Marine Casualty Investigation.

Research - Hi-EFECTS aims to demonstrate the use of Future Marine ElectroFuels, especially ammonia and methanol, within the maritime industry, addressing the challenges associated with transitioning to green and environmentally friendly options.
